Recently, the 7-5/8 "x 5" high temperature resistant embedded liner hanger and its supporting tools developed by Shelfoil Company helped the Bo Shen X well successfully solve the technical problems of complex well structure, high temperature and pressure, and set a construction record for the deepest completed well in the Shengli oil area.

The BoShen X well has technical problems such as high temperature, long horizontal displacement, high pressure downhole and serious block dropping due to irregular well diameter, which put forward very high requirements on the cementing tools and accessories. In view of the technical difficulties of the well, the technical service team of Shelfoil Company proposed a series of technical guidance measures such as three support through the well and thick slurry sand wrapping, etc. In terms of tools, they proposed to use fluorine rubber embedded liner hanger sealing components, and all downhole accessories used high temperature and high pressure sealing components; the technical service team also repeatedly discussed the construction plan and key nodes, formulated a detailed site construction plan and contingency measures The technical service team also discussed the construction plan and key points repeatedly, formulated a detailed site construction plan and contingency measures, and followed up on the whole process, and completed the casing, topping out cycle, sitting and dropping hands, and cementing construction operations in one go.

The successful application of Shelfoil's series of cementing tools in the Bo Shen X well has provided a solid technical guarantee for the exploration and development of subsequent large displacement risk exploration wells in the Shengli Oilfield, providing strong support for the oilfield's efforts to increase reserves and production.
