The company establishes, documents, implements and maintains the HSE Management System in accordance with GB/T24001-2016/ISO14001：2015、GB/T45001-2020/ISO45001：2018 and SY/T6276-2014 and continuously improves it; identifies the processes required for the HSE Management System and their application throughout the application in company.

Organize and identify the processes required for the HSE Management System and their application throughout the organization, the company should：

a) Determine the required inputs and desired outputs of these processes.

b) Identify the sequence and interactions of these processes, including significant environmental factors and key risks.

c) Identify the guidelines and methods (including monitoring, measurement and associated performance indicators) required to ensure that these processes are operating and controlled effectively.

d) Configuring the necessary available resources and obtaining the necessary information to support the operation and monitoring of the processes; assigning responsibility and authority for these processes.

e) Address the risks and opportunities identified by the company's strategic analysis process.

f) Evaluate these processes and implement the changes required to ensure that the desired outcomes of these processes are achieved, including improved environmental performance (behaviour).

g) Improvement of processes and HSE management systems.
