The Company's Safety Production Management Committee (HSSE Committee) is responsible for clearly formulating the HSSE responsibility system for leaders at all levels and departments to ensure the establishment and operation of the HSE management system. The General Manager provides assurance and organizational leadership for the establishment, implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the HSE system, makes clear commitments to superiors, society, customers, employees and other relevant parties, and assumes ultimate responsibility for the Company's HSE.

The General Manager shall demonstrate his leadership and commitment to the HSE management system through the following activities.

a) Comply with laws, regulations and other requirements take responsibility for the effectiveness of the HSE management system and the protection of health and safety of employees in relation to the work.

b) Ensure the establishment of HSE management system guidelines, objectives and targets. which is consistent with the company's environmental and strategic direction.

c) Ensure that HSE management system requirements are integrated into the company's business processes.

d) Promote the use of process methods and risk-based thinking.

e) Ensure the resources required to establish, implement, maintain and improve the HSE management system are available.

f) Ensure the active participation of employees and their representatives through consultation, identification and removal of barriers or obstacles to participation.

g) Communicate the importance of effective HSE management and compliance with HSE management system requirements.

h) Lead management reviews to ensure that the HSE management system achieves its intended outcomes.

i) Promote, guide and support personnel to contribute to the effectiveness of the HSE management system.

j) Foster, guide and promote a culture of support for the HSE management system within the company and make employees feel the importance and attitude towards safety in all work or activities.

Managers at all levels and employees should be supported in their role to ensure the effective operation of the HSE management system.
