The custom-made tools helped the deepest risky exploratory wells in the Shengli Oilfield to achieve high production; the infinitely circulating liner hanger technology solved the problem of liner entry in the salt paste layer of many wells in the Shengtuo Block; the custom-made "three big pieces" liner hanger sieve pipe top cement injection technology solved the problem of the Xinchun. The Company also won the first order for a 105MPa ultra-high pressure liner retrieval and fracturing tool in the shale oil block in the Jiyang onshore fracture basin. At the same time, the number of orders, service wells, service success rate and other substantial growth, the annual market size of the Shelfoil Company in the Shengli oilfield market is expected to exceed tens of millions of yuan for the third consecutive year.

To solve field problems as the guide, strengthen scientific research to support the front. In order to further understand the engineering and technical problems faced by the field and the needs of Shengli Oilfield, the leadership team of the Shelfoil Company overcame the repeated adverse effects of the epidemic and led many technical exchanges to Shengli Oilfield, and when encountering difficult wells or key wells, the first time to respond, feedback, and put forward practical solutions and measures. In response to the difficult problem of liner lowering into the salt paste layer in multiple blocks of the Shengli Oilfield exploration well project, we proposed the infinitely circulating liner hanger technology and successfully applied it, and have now written the successful application plan of this tool technology into the relevant exploration well drilling design. In response to technical difficulties such as complex well structure, high temperature and pressure, the custom-made 10 3/4" x 7 5/8" and 7 5/8" x 5" liner hangers were developed to assist in the development of the deepest wells in the eastern part of Shengli Oilfield, and achieved high production. In response to the technical difficulties of cementing the liner of a large displacement, leaky horizontal well in the Yongjin block of Xinchun Oil Production Plant, the company proposed the ultra-high pressure "three major components" - the top cementing technology of liner hanger screen pipe and customised the 9 5/8" x 5 1/2" liner hanger and supporting tools. The successful application of this well set a record for the deepest cementing process in a well at a depth of 6,751m.

Continued technological innovation, to help the oilfield "four raise a drop". In order to achieve the target of scale efficiency of nearly 700 million tons of hard-to-use reserves in Shengli Oilfield, the Shelfoil Company custom-developed a 7"×4 1/2" ultra-high pressure liner hanger device, which was successfully applied in Yi 109, Yi 184, Yi 193, Luo 68 and other blocks; the custom-developed infinitely circulating liner hanger device solved the problem of liner entry, saving an average of about 12 hours of drilling cycle for a single well, with a significant speed-up effect. The liner plug can be customized to save an average of 20 hours in drilling cycle time by directly testing the well after cementing. Since entering 2022, several customized tools have completed technical support for more than 30 wells, saving more than 90,000 meters of casing, demonstrating the strength of Shelfoil's technical research and development innovation and excellent field technical service level.
